Home Ownership
Habitat homes are built based on a partnership between a family and the community.. A qualifying family pays for their home with an affordable mortgage and through a down payment of 200 to 400 sweat-equity hours.

Neighborhood Revitalization
Neighborhood Revitalization is a partnership with a targeted community to address a variety of social determinants of health to help stabilize communities and bring sustainable practices to residents.
Emergency Home Repair
In partnership with the City of Peoria, Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona’s Emergency Home Repair Program provides urgent home repairs to those in need of affordable home repairs within these cities.
Aging in Place
Aging in Place is a partnership with people age 65 or older to help them age safely in their homes. The program focuses on making safety improvements, mobility modifications and weatherization enhancements.
Veterans
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona (Habitat) is proud to partner with U.S. Military Veterans and families of veterans in Maricopa and portions of Pinal county to provide a pathway to home ownership and to assist current veteran homeowners with much needed repairs or modifications to their existing residence.
Construction In Training
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona’s Construction Training Program (CTP) is producing the next generation of craft construction leaders by bringing people together to learn and train as we build homes, communities, and hope.
Deconstruction (ReStore)
Habitat’s Deconstruction Service enables homeowners and businesses to offset their remodeling costs. Deconstruction is the process of systematically dismantling all or part of an interior piece-by-piece so that most of the resulting materials can be recycled, repurposed, or reused.
