PHOENIX (July 22, 2020) – Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is pleased to announce the election of two new members to its board of directors. The new members include Pamela Gorder, VP, CRA/Community Development Manager with Western Alliance Bank and Denise Gredler, founder of BestCompaniesAZ.

Pamela Gorder is VP, CRA/Community Development Manager at Western Alliance Bank and manages the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team and performance of the program through loan sampling to ensure data integrity. She ensures compliance with the CRA and Fair Lending regulations. Pamela is passionate about Community Development, Affordable Housing, Workforce Development and making sure that people in our communities are all afforded every opportunity for success, financial stability and happiness.
Denise Gredler is Founder and CEO of BestCompaniesAZ, a marketing firm that specializes in employer branding and award consultation. She and her team partner HR groups, workforce development groups, chambers of commerce, and other economic organizations to encourage local participation in the showcasing of Arizona’s best company cultures. This directly benefits local businesses, the workforce and Arizona’s economy overall.
