The State of Housing in Arizona report is ARCHES’ flagship publication, offering a comprehensive, data-driven look at Arizona’s housing landscape.
Produced annually, the report explores statewide trends alongside county-specific insights into housing availability, affordability, and demand. Designed to inform policy, guide planning, and spark dialogue, this report serves as a vital resource for decision-makers, researchers, community leaders, and housing professionals working to address Arizona’s complex housing challenges.
“Housing Arizona” Background Report Launch
Arizonans from many communities across the state will participate throughout 2026 in Arizona Town Hall programs on the topic of “Housing Arizona.”
An essential element to the success of these consensus-driven discussions is a background report which is provided to all participants before each program. The Morrison Institute for Public Policy coordinated this report which was designed to supplement the Second Annual “State of Housing in Arizona” report. Together, these reports are a unique resource for a full understanding of the topic.
