Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent / Masonry CMU Block Emphasis to work Tuesday thru Saturday. This successful candidate will facilitate masonry construction services for two core Habitat programs. Duties will be split between new construction/renovation of homes that are to be sold to partner families and our neighborhood revitalization (NR) program. The Construction Superintendent will engage, supervise and instruct volunteer leaders on each masonry project to ensure that the CMU walls and/or any masonry repairs are being constructed according to the plans, scope of work and residential building codes from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will be required to lead and participate in the construction and/or assist with prep work for all masonry projects. If all masonry projects are completed this Construction Superintendent will be required to participate in all other phases of Habitat construction projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. This job posting will close on Sunday, November 26.
